Deep Therapeutic

A strong, restorative massage that works into the deeper layers of muscle and fascia to ease chronic aches, improve mobility, and support healing. Especially effective for stiff neck and shoulders, back pain, tight legs, or recovery from injury.

TECHNIQUES TAILORED TO YOU

Aroma-Relaxation

A soothing treatment combining essential oils with flowing massage strokes. Helps calm the nervous system, release tension, balance emotions, and leave you feeling renewed on every level.

Intuitive Therapy

A responsive, holistic approach that listens to the body’s unconscious cues. Useful when pain has no clear source, this treatment blends techniques as needed to restore balance, ease chronic discomfort, and support emotional release.

Please note: This treatment can feel quite deep, not only physically but also emotionally. Allow rest, hydration, and clean nourishment for 2–3 days afterwards.

Dry Cupping (Fire or Suction)

An ancient therapy using glass or suction cups to stimulate blood flow, ease tension, and support immune and respiratory function. Helps with back and shoulder pain, headaches, sports injuries, and stress-related muscle complaints.

Important: Not suitable in cases of varicose veins, bleeding disorders, pacemaker use, or organ failure.

Geo-Thermal Therapy (Hot & Cold Stones)

The alternating use of warm basalt stones and cool marble stones to deeply relax muscles, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and create a grounding, harmonising effect on body and mind.

Gua Sha (Muscle Scraping)

A traditional technique using blunt-edged tools to break up fascial adhesions, restore mobility, and activate blood flow. Supports relief from migraines, menstrual disorders, sciatica, arthritis, and more.

Please note: Some temporary redness or light bruising is common and usually subsides within 1–2 days.

Warm Bamboo

A deeply soothing treatment using warmed bamboo sticks to roll, knead, and release tension from the muscles. The gentle heat softens tight fascia and encourages circulation, while the firm yet flowing pressure eases stiffness and melts away knots.

Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle, rhythmic massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to clear toxins, reduce swelling or water retention, and enhance immunity. Leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed.

Please note: Oil is not usually used. A 60-minute treatment focuses on one half of the body; 90 minutes is recommended for full-body work.
